No Minimum Order Quantity

There is no minimum order quantity, you can order one item or as many as you like!  Unlike other wholesalers Silk Ties Wholesale does not take up referrences before you can open an account.  You simply sign up and buy!

If you want to buy in larger quantities of each specific item then contact us for a very competitive quote.

We ship worldwide

Many of our customers are based in Europe the United States and Austrailia.

Availability and Supply

We stock over 40,000 items in our dispatch warehouse and stock is replenished on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  However, there are times when items need to be called up from our manufacturers/importers and this means a delay of up to two days - perhaps a little longer if you place your order after 1pm on Fridays. Please be aware our business is very dynamic and there are times when items sell out in large quantities and replacement may take several weeks owing to manufacturing and/or importation schedules.

Nevertheless a large proportion of our items are sent within 1 working day. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 
Delivery Costs

Our basic service offers free First Class (worldwide) shipping (except where stated).

We also offer Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for an additional £1.  Royal Mail International Signed For Service for an additional £4.00. Special Delivery can be be arranged upon request.

All Trade orders are shipped via courier service such as DHL or UPS.

If adhoc postal services are required, please contact us first. 

 

Lost or damaged items

In the unlikely event that anything should go wrong with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.  We offer a recorded delivery and International Signed For option at checkout.  This is your way of insuring your package and tracking the items.  We strongly recommend this option.  Any packages not sent Recorded Delivery or International Signed For which are lost in transit remain your responsibility and we will not refund.

If any damage has occurred, please keep all articles in their original packaging, as we might need it for insurance purposes. Should we require the damaged item to be returned, then we will reimburse you for the cost. Please do not return damaged items before contacting us.

Returns

We offer a 7 -day no quibble money back guarantee - starting from the day you receive the goods.  Retail purchases are refunded in full.  Dropship purchases returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge with the exception of wedding waistcoats which are subject to 30% restocking charge..  Bulk Purchases and Special Orders are not returnable unless the items are faulty or mis-represented. We do not refund our shipping cost. We do not refund the cost of returning the items to us. Individual returns policies my apply on certain products - see product description.  Refunds beyond a 14 day period are at our discretion. We will not refund on goods which are returned in an unsaleable condition , this includes the condition of the product packaging.

Very Important: You must quote your order number with the item otherwise we are unable to trace your payment for refund.

For hygiene resons we are unable to accept returns on close fitting items (e.g. shirts) if they have been removed from the packaging.

Please, please, please do not buy different sizes of the same item to try on and return the excess items later just because you are not sure of your size.  For your assistance we have provided a size and ordering guide.  If you are still unsure please ask.

We cannot accept returns from outside the UK unless by prior arrangement.

If sending a return, please arrange for delivery to our address below. We strongly recommend that you obtain a free "Certificate of Posting" from the Post Office or proof of dispatch by carrier, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in transit. For peace of mind you might want to send the package recorded delivery. All items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.  You must enclose your invoice number otherwise we cannot process any refund due.

If you are sending a return for an exchange product, for example for a different size or colour choice, we may levy a new postal fee and this must be paid before the new items can be shipped.  If you are exchanging because the item(s) were faulty or mis-discribed then no additional postage charges will apply.
